I didn’t get into real estate because I love contracts.
I'm Briana Brookins, a Boston-area real estate advisor with Charlesgate Realty, working with buyers, sellers, and people relocating across Massachusetts. I got into it because I love helping people make big life decisions without feeling lost or rushed.
I naturally simplify things. When situations feel heavy or confusing, I slow them down, explain what actually matters, and help people move forward with clarity. That's how I work with clients, and how I move through life.

I came into this work because the standard version of it bothered me. The pressure, the polish, the sense that the commission was steering the advice. I wanted to do the opposite.
So I explain the tradeoffs. I tell you when something's a stretch and when it's a quiet steal. I'd rather lose a sale than put you in the wrong house, because the people I work with come back, and they send their friends. That only happens if the advice is honest the first time.
Based in Dedham, working across Greater Boston, with a soft spot for the towns most people drive through without really seeing.
